You are in the right place. My name is Drew Trembly and I have created this site to help and encourage you with all of your fitness and nutrition needs.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS SITE?
1. With this site I hope to help you find the perfect workout that will help you reach your health and fitness needs. There are so many different programs out there, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Hopefully this will help you find the perfect program for you.
2. This site can also help you get healthy eating ideas. The key to becoming healthy and fit is to start changing your diet. However, it is probably the hardest thing to do. Trust me, I love food. But you don’t have to suffer through a “diet” or force yourself to eat lettuce and black beans for every meal. There are plenty of healthy eating tips out there. I will continually post meal ideas, healthy snack ideas, and other helpful tips to help you change your eating habits.
3. I hope you use this site as a source of encouragement. Getting into shape is not easy, especially if you are doing it alone. Getting discouraged is easy. Feel free to email me your frustrations or your concerns. If something is too hard, let me know. There is always a way to modify any exercise. If you have a success story that you want to share, tell me and I will get it posted so that it can encourage others. I want this site to meet everyones’ needs.
