What is P90X?

P90X is an extreme workout program that is guaranteed to help you achieve the fitness goals you have set. Fitness guru and trainer Tony Horton has created this 90 day program that incorporates cardio workouts, weight and resistance training, yoga, plyometrics, and stretching to improve strength and flexibility.

Along with the workout program, P90X includes a 3-phase eating program that is specifically deisigned to work in coordination with the exercise routines. It provides the perfect combination of health food need to reach your fitness goals.
