    • This is a great question. To start, I strongly recommend adding Shakeology to your diet. This will give your body all the healthy nutrients you need for a meal. Yes, it is a little pricy, but if you are serious about your weight loss price should not be a factor. Second, make sure you are eating as natural as possible. Try to keep all the preservatives and artificial ingredients out of your diet (this can be hard). Start reading nutrition labels so you know what you are eating. Lastly, I recommend eating 5 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner with two snacks in between). Make sure you eat your snacks and make them healthy. This will help to not be starving when your big meals come around. When you are starving you don’t crave healthy foods, you will crave the fatty, high calorie foods. I hope this helps.

      Thanks for the question.

  1. i m quite a bit fat and overweight girl according to my age…i have 15 days to prove myself and become more sexy, slim and seductive with the condition laid down for me that i don’t join the gym and become slim at home only…plz suggest me some ways and methods so that i become slim again…as in plz suggest me suitable workout plans and schedules and proper diet as to become slim again in 15 days….

    • I would love to help you with your goals. The biggest thing to achieve them is to change your diet. I always recommend Shakeology. I lost 15 pounds in a month when I was drinking Shakeology for dinner. As a workout, you really need to work your core muscles. Sit ups, planks, push ups, they will all help. Go for jobs. Just get up and move around. But make sure your workouts are meaningful. Just working out for 10-20 minutes is not going to do anything. Try to workout for at least 50 minutes to an hour. If you have the time I really recommend Slim In 6 for you. It is a great workout program that help you slim down.

I hope this helps. Please ask if you have any more questions.

    • For any diet you need carbs because they give you the energy you need for the day. However, there are good and bad carbs. Click here to see a quick video about which types of carbs you should be eating (which should be complex carbs). You should eat small amounts of carbs more often and have your protein and carbs in the same meal. When you have them in the same meal you minimize the chance of the carbs being stored as fat. It also might be a good idea to cut out the carbs after 7PM. When you eat small amounts with every meal it will give you a steady flow of insulin and doesn’t give you a build up of carbs which would be stored as fat.

      Thanks for the question.

  2. been bodybuilding for a few years now and have put on alot of mass through weight training, high protein/carb diet. was always really skinny with a fast metabolism, my muscle mass has increased dramatically but my bodyfat has also increased. this is probly due to my massive carb intake but i dont want to cut it down cos ive been told to build muscle your carb intake needs to be high. is this true? is it possible to shed bodyfat and maintain the same muscle gains?.

    • Yes it is very possible. Carbs are good in the diet because they are what gives you the energy you need to do you workouts. HOWEVER, you need to be very careful about what carbs you are taking in. If you are eating a lot of simple carbs, those are what is turning into body fat. Make sure all the carbs you are eating are complex carbs. Click here and there is a short video about what carbs are good and what carbs are bad. I would also recommend not taking in your carbs after your workouts. Eat them before your workouts to give your body the energy it needs, but if you take them in after then they turn to insulin and body fat.

I hope this works. Thanks for the question
